Weiner Family Summer Fellowship
This prize, given in honor of Gelek Rimpoche, provides funding for summer research (limited to travel, research materials, and living expenses) for an undergraduate student studying Buddhist practice in an Asian context during the summer. Preference will be given to a student with strong coursework in religious studies and Asian religions.
The interdisciplinary nature of the Religious Studies Program exposed me to new ways of thinking, taught me to be an effective communicator, and transformed me into a life-long learner.
